Yes! Everything on this website including free packs are 100% royalty free.

2. What File Formats are the Samples In?

All samples will be in .wav format.

3. Do These Kits Work in Any DAW?

Yes! All kits are compatible with all DAWs.

4. Is There a Refund Policy?

I have confidence that the packs on this site are top tier. If you're not happy with the quality of a kit, you can email me within 7 days of buying and I'll refund the full amount no questions asked. My email is poncho@prodponcho.com.

5. How Will I Receive My Kit After Buying?

After buying, you’ll receive a download link immediately in your email.

6. Can I Resell Products From These Kits?

You cannot resell the raw samples as-is, however you can use them in your own productions and sell your tracks without restrictions.

7. Do I Need to Credit Creators of the Kits?

It's not required but it's definitely appreciated. If you'd like to credit me or anyone else involved in a sound, each pack will have the information of who produced it and how to credit them.
